1987: Cat Aviation AG founded in Zurich - with a twin-engine Cessna C421

1989: Acquisition of the first company-owned business jet: Cessna Citation C550

1997: Acquisition of a Hawker-Siddley HS125-800A

1998: Cat Aviation becomes one of the first Swiss holders of the JAA AOC[Joint Aviation Authority / Air Operator Certificate]

2001: Entry in Product Aircraft Management. Expansion of the fleet by two long-range aircraft Type Dassault Falcon 900EX

2003: A Dassault Falcon 2000EX is added to Cat Aviation's fleet

2007: Additional office space in the General Aviation Centre (GAC) at the Zurich location

2008: Cat Aviation welcomes two of the first Dassault Falcon 7X to its fleet

2009: A further expansion of the fleet by a new Citation Sovereign. Cat Aviation opens a Basle office as a second location.
